You’ve arrived at this page to do one of two things:

1. To provide your minimum donation of £6 per person to take part in the Velindre Wear Red Workout at the Sugar Rogue fitness facility on Saturday 5th February 2022. To do this, please complete the registration form above and then make the donation at the JustGiving page.

2. To make a donation to Velindre, either because you just feel compelled to do it OR because someone you know is putting themselves through the pain of the workout 😉

Either way it’s important that you don’t make the donation anonymously. If you’re donating in order to take part in the workout - please leave your name and the name of your workout partner (it’s a £6 minimum donation per person, if possible please donate as a pair and submit the £12 as one payment 👍) If you don’t have a partner, please make your £6 donation, leave your name and highlight that you need a partner 💪 - we’ll be able to help out on the day.

If you’re donating to support someone doing the workout…leave your name and a message of support (they’ll need it!)

If you’re donating purely because you want to…we’d love it if you could leave your name and a message, we want to acknowledge all of the supporters who are making a difference to Velindre.
