The Athlete
Passport
Put your numbers in and get an honest read on where you actually stand across weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning, plus the two things underneath them that decide whether any of it works.
Fill in what you know and leave the rest blank. Your answers stay in this browser and are never sent anywhere unless you choose to send them. A short history of your scores is kept on this device only, so you can watch the shape change over time.
Not much. Five numbers you already know — your bodyweight, one lift, one run or row, one benchmark and your max pull-ups — is enough for a real read across all four areas. Bodyweight matters most (it scores your strength, so put it in). The more you add, the sharper it gets. If you have raced, add the result too — it is a useful real-world check on the gym numbers.
The basics
Strength is scored against your bodyweight, so this part matters.
Weightlifting
Your best single, in kilos. Recent and honest beats old and flattering.
Gymnastics
Maximum unbroken reps, no kipping unless it says so.
Conditioning
Times as minutes and seconds, like 7:45.
Grace measures power you can repeat, so it counts toward both your lifting and your engine. If you used a lighter bar, put the weight in and we will scale the score honestly.
Hybrid racing
The Xtend lane. Work under load, and what happens to you afterwards.
- LIGHT — a load you could carry 200m or more without putting it down, or jog behind on the sled.
- WORKING — you can carry it 100m unbroken and want to put it down at the end, or walk the sled 20m briskly, unbroken. This is the load the fade test below uses.
- HEAVY — you can carry it 40m unbroken and no further; the sled takes deliberate effort over 20m, a stop or two.
- OVER — above race Pro weight. Earned by a full session at HEAVY, never just chosen.
The fade test
Run 1km fresh. Rest 3 minutes, then hit a fixed insult — sled push and a 100m farmers carry at your WORKING loads (defined above) — and 90 seconds later run another 1km. The gap between the two times is the number that matters, and almost nobody trains it. Run it the same way every time or the comparison is meaningless: a coach can hand you the exact protocol.
Real results
Optional. A race is one day — your gym tests are the repeatable measure. Add a result and we score it directly as a real-world check alongside your training numbers.
HYROX
CrossFit Open
Roughly where you finished in your age and gender division this year.
Nutrition
Self-reported and honest beats flattering. This layer caps everything above it.
Do you get a real source of protein at most meals?
Most of what you eat in a week is…
Alcohol in a normal week?
Sleep on a normal night?
Mindset
The layer that decides whether the rest of it compounds or leaks away.
A session with your worst movement in it — what do you do?
Over the last three months, how consistent were you?
Do you track your training — loads, times, scores?
When progress stalls, what do you actually do?
